Džeremi Klarkson je proputovao ceo svet u nastojanju da pronađe savršeni superautomobil. U novom izdanju stoje novi izazovi. Nastavlja sa upoređivanjem automobila iz snova. Videćemo borbu između Ferarija 430 i Lambordžinija „Gallardo", ali će na probi da bude i osnovni model Lambordžinija „Murcielago". Videćemo mogućnosti Ferarija 599 GTB Fiorana, a Audi R8 će se sučeliti sa Poršeom GT3. Džeremi će osetiti i slast Formule sa Radical SR3 RS, dok će mu Aston Martin Vantage V8 Roadster pružiti uživanje u brzini. Videćemo i novajliju Ascari A10, superautomobil od 1000 K.S., Bugati "Veyrona" koji razvija brzinu od skoro 406 km/h. A za sam kraj videćemo i Reno Alpine A610, automobil koji ima "previše" turbo snage. Naravno, kao i uvek do sada, Džeremi će imati i posebne goste koji će ovo izdanje učiniti još zanimljivijim.
