    Savremena priča o mladom čoveku (Birchu) koji živi u planinama u maloj kolibi sa Walterom,
    starijim muškarcem i mentorom koji ima otuđenog gej sina, Andrewa.
    Prijateljstvo između Bircha i Waltera podrazumeva stolariju, ribolov i izradu predmeta od kože.
    Kad stari Walter umre, njegov sin se vraća iz grada, sa svojim dečkom Kyleom, da proceni očevo imanje.
