Opis:

Dr. Catherine Howard (Julie Andrews) i Robert Woodward (James Garner), dvoje je ljudi koji se upoznaju u istoj bolnici. James posjećuje svoju suprugu koja pati od Alzheimerove bolesti, a liječnica provodi vrijeme u sobi gdje je umro njezin suprug. Zbog snježne oluje, James ne može taksijem ići kući gdje mu kći priprema večeru za Dan zahvalnosti. Catherine mu nevoljko predloži da ga poveze. Iako se nikada prije nisu vidjeli, otkrivaju da žive u blizini. Vozeći se kroz snijeg, njihovo upoznavanje prelazi u prepucavanje. Najprije se James počne tužiti na njezin Jaguar, a zatim se svađaju oko glazbe, jer Catherine voli Mozarta, a on Sarah Vaughn. Iznenada auto sleti u nasip. Zarobljeni u snijegu, nemaju drugog izbora nego tražiti skrovište gdje bi mogli prenoćiti. Nalaze staru, praznu kuću.
