Dobitnik nagrade Delirium na Međunarodnom filmskom festivalu znastvene fantastike i fantazije.

Film se je u orginalu trebao zvati Twisted Souls. Režirali su ga Thomas Doran i Brendan Faulkner, ali ga nikad nisu završili.
Genie Joseph je preuzeo film, dodao svoju viziju i završio ga do kraja, te ga preimenovao u Spookies.
