Spotswood (1991)

Errol Wallace, britanski stručnjak za procjenu efikasnosti, rukovodi operacijom otpuštanja radnika u vodećoj tvornici auto dijelova. Jedan od njegovih poslova je da procjeni malu tvornicu obuće u gradiću Spotswoodu u Australiji, koja izgleda kao da je iz prošlog stoljeća. Wallace se mora suočiti s novom sredinom i mentalitetom Australaca. Nakon što počne simpatizirati vlasnike kojima je zadovoljstvo radnika važnije od profita, i neobične ljude koji ne rade samo zbog trke za novcem, Errol mora ponovo razmisliti o munjevitoj modernizaciji koju zastupa jer je suočen s ljudima kojima taj plan može naškoditi.
