Deset godina nakon Svetog Rata u Hong Kongu, Močizuki Džiro, znan kao Srebrna Oštrica i usamljeni heroj koji se borio i porazio Kulon Decu uprkos gubitku svoje ljubavnice, vraća se u Japan sa svojim mlađim bratom, Močizuki Kotarom. Njih dvoje ubrzo saznaju da Kulon Deca koja su preživela Sveti Rat pokušavaju da se ubace u "Specijalnu Zonu", napredan grad pod zaštitom nevidljive barijere koja neće dozvoliti Kulon Deci da uđu, osim ako nisu pozvani. Crvena Krv se odnosi na ljude; Crna Krv se odnosi na elitni klan vampira. Kada Kotaroa otme jedan od Kulon Dece, Džiro nema izbora osim da se još jednom bori.
