Radnja je bila smještena na Mjesec koji je nakon kataklizmičke eksplozije nuklearnog otpada uskladištenog na tamnoj strani izbačen u duboki svemir, te pratila nastojanje posade Mjesečeve baze Alfa da preživi u novim okolnostima i pri tome suoči s raznim bizarnim fenomenima i vanzemaljskim civilizacijama.
